2. Service Description

WizardPDF provides free online PDF processing tools including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and editing PDF files. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WizardPDF only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to overwhelm our servers or disrupt service for others
• Use automated tools to access our services at excessive rates
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use our services for any illegal activity

4. File Processing

• Files are processed on our servers and automatically deleted within 1 hour
• We are not responsible for any data loss during processing
• Maximum file size is 50MB per file
• We reserve the right to limit usage to ensure fair access for all users

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload. We claim no ownership over your content. The WizardPDF name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

WizardPDF is provided free of charge and "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, processing errors, or service interruptions.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of WizardPDF after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
